People who are confused about why Bullen is going to be the run game coordinator is because the run defense averaged 4.0 yards per carry when he was DC instead of 5.9 when Bowen was DC before he took over small sample size but that’s a massive improvement.
I dont love Nagy, Callahan, Roman, or Taggart individually but you put them together and that’s 3 former NFL/NCAA head coaches and a very experienced offensive coordinator on the offensive staff. We have an arguably overqualified offensive staff, hopefully they can collectively produce a good system.
