I think it makes sense to see somewhat of a Broncos influence (Kubiak’s fam, Spytek’s history, and McCoy’s influence from the Peyton-era). Denotes a mature, collective (big picture), franchise building mentality.

As a Chargers fan, I come in peace (I live in the bay area so yeah). Mike McCoy is a culture killer. I hope Klint has a strong identity because it’s not going to be coming through Mike. I don’t know what to make of this hire. The titans were no better with him last year. All I can say is he made Tim Tebow look like a God (in which Tebow would give all praise to anyways.) And coached up Trevor Lawrence from 2022-2024. Those are about the only merits I can truly hand him.
