  1. He might’ve been the locker room problem this season, but we’ll never forget what he did for us during his 1st run. One of the smartest players of our generation

  2. Might’ve been a team cancer around here this last season, but you can’t deny CP3, Blake, and DJ changed the culture around here.

  3. All-time Clipper man, him and Blake are 1A and 1B as far as I’m concerned

213 may have gotten us further but never would’ve gotten there without the legitimacy CP3 brought to the franchise, hopefully someday enough fences can be mended to get #3 in the rafters

  4. I still got love for Paul for turning our joke of a franchise into lob city! Always will have love for you

  5. lol he’ll always be remembered for being a cancer on a very good team.

crazy that they went 6-15 with that bum tryin to ruin them and are now the best team in the NBA since december 20th at 20-7.

simply by sending his punk ass home. that will be his legacy lol and I love that for him.

  6. It really sucks for him that he held on for too long that he had to retire because he had to experience that “Who want me meme”

  7. The first run was enough. Didn’t fuck with him when he left the first time and that never changed.

  8. I’ll never forget watching that Halloween Game vs the Pels at the start of the cup this year. They gave away his jersey and we sealed the game with the buzzer beater.

Cant believe that was the last time I’d ever see him play.

  9. My favorite player of all time!!! Chris Paul made this franchise a contender after years of being the laughing stock! Thank you 🙂

  10. I wish it had ended better. He was supposed to be on his goodbye tour with us. Sad it didn’t work out – though I don’t actually blame the front office, he’s a difficult guy

  11. What a joke of a franchise we are sometimes, man. The man was part of the reason why we went from a joke of a franchise to lob city and we couldn’t have the decency to have him retire with us.

“He was a cancer to the locker room, though”

No tf he wasn’t. 213 era is over and he would have been perfect leading some young players.

  12. Thank you for bringing relevancy to our incompetent franchise, without you and Blake we probably aren’t even in LA anymore 🙏🏽 hope you still retire a clipper one day king, the fandom loves you always

  13. thanks for the memories but i don’t regret how everything was handled this season. The team has to find ways to get better so if you can’t contribute then you got to go. Sorry but there are no participation trophies in the NBA

  14. i was going to get tickets to the game in cleveland the week the team sent him home. i’m sick to my stomach 🙁

  15. Help himself from what? Keeping people accountable? One of his greatest superpowers is his communication. Glad James Harden saw the writing on the wall and got the fuck out with this dog shit organization . Clippers fans don’t deserve shit.

  16. Always a clips legend no matter what. First ballot hall of famer. Hope he coaches or does media in the near future

  17. I’m sorry that it had to be this way CP… You will forever one of the more trascendental playera in Clippers history. You brought winning culture, improve the team and always look up for the best.

I guess your natural next step is into coaching, i hope you get to do what’s best for your mind and family. Clipper nation will always cheer for you whatever you end up doing

  18. I think you’re confusing his good terms with Kawhi and that relationship. What do the Clippers have to offer to james and when did they ever besides money that they actually don’t even have?…… you’re not gonna get any talent around them with that shitty front office

  19. Thanks for everything CP3!!! Truly my first favorite player in the NBA. Lob City will be unforgettable around here.

Sorry this last year wasn’t the ideal send-off it could have been. But I still think, with time, his jersey will be up in the rafters. Enjoy retirement Point God! 🔥

  20. Raptors telling him we don’t even want you to show up in your country after the trade was so disrespectful. Point gawd deservers better than this. I don’t care what went on with him, Lue, the rest of the team is disgusting the spurs treated him better than the clippers did this year and he was with the spurs for exactly one year.

  21. I think Chris Paul has the potential to be a great coach if chooses that path…

He would definitely be hard on his players, and it’s possible he might be a better college coach than a pro coach due to aggressive nature, but I would love to see him stay as close to the game as possible and I feel like coaching would provide that.

  22. He’s a Clipper legend, even with what happened this year.

Him and Blake and lob City turned this franchise around.

  23. We could’ve used a nicer way to say it. Take out a full page ad in the Times or the Wall Street Journal, post a typed of message that looks more thought out. To write this on your notes app and say ahh fuck it I’m out is so wild lol

  24. I’m gonna always be grateful for what CP3 did for us and man I wish he played the entire season with us and retired. I was gonna be so excited to see his final game.
