I love Scott Powers Blackhawks articles. I feel like he’s got such a solid grasp on what’s happening.
Powers knows a lot, but I also take his opinions on the rebuild overall with a grain of salt because he carries water for the front office, and in return he is the main guy on the beat that they feed info to.
We would be right there with the sharks if Bedard was healthy this season. Fuck the blues
It’s hard to argue with how celebrini is the next super star of the league and Bedard is just on the sidelines watching. Let’s hope he gets there but st this point I would say the sharks rebuild is going more swimmingly
I think we took a different path when choosing Leshunov over Demidov. Risks were there but that could have been something to watch. But we were also in a window to build from the back since D men take longer to develop.
I am not done with Lesh since it’s a 5 year window but we need a top line PP center and allow Bedard to find spots IMO. Frondell will be a nice addition to thebroster next year and i hope there is the possibility Stenberg is our target or falls in our lap. I would love to see a top 6 with Frondell/Stenberg and Nazar/Bedard.
