  9. if anybody really needs to lose significant weight..fast and dont eat till 3pm or something like that of the sorts, if your a beginner maybe dont eat till 12 or 1pm..you just gotta endure the feeling of fats melting away, keep your brain occupied or sleep to help with the burning and mental sensations. but it works trust me just gotta put in the work.

  21. The love bland at nickel when healthy. Christian Parker had dejean as nickel. Not a safety.
    That’s exactly what they wanted last year when Diggs was healthy, and they were hoping in Elam. Then when revel got out there, and Diggs came back. Bland was in the slot.
