1. He cannot be worse than Woolfork. I would consider Uncle Rico to be an upgrade on Woolfork.

   & just because Schaub wasnt a mvp QB doesnt hes a bad coach. He was a pocket passer, which is great. And his career wasnt terrible, he went 12-4 once. His TD/INT ratio is decent.

   I feel optimistic

2. I know the OC and DC hires are meh but I like the position coaches LeFleur is targeting. Schaub with whoever who sign and who we draft this year or next year I have high hope in.

3. I actually like this hire.
