Was amazing to watch that line!
This guy. Great video man!
That photo of McDavid hugging Celebrini is awesome.
Thanks for all the Updates JD!
I’m not even ashamed to root for Celebrini and team Canada.
For a good chunk of this season the 3 top scorers in the entire NHL were McDavid, MacKinnon and Celebrini and somehow they all get to play on the same line? Backed by Makar? Is that even legal?
Enjoy watching this Sharks fans, I don’t think Celebrini will ever experience this much open ice for the rest of his career as a Shark.
Smith should be an Olympian
MacKinnon should’ve been top line all along, Cooper’s a moron.. Like WHO was the Nation’s face off MVP?? WHO led whole tournament in goals and became only the 3rd player in Team Canada’s history to average over a goal per game after Bossy in ‘81 and Lemieux in ‘87?? That would be MacKinnon. NOT McDavid.
Like STOP the McDavid glazing already, he has not been “the best player in the world” since late in 2023 after MacKinnon came back from his last injury and has been on a tear ever since.. Also, it MATTERS who you play with: if MacKinnon had Draisaitl and all of the weapons around him McDavid has had his whole career he’d have 60+ goals and 100 assists every season.. Last year he led the league in assists with 84 with his main goal-scorer (besides himself) being a defenseman with exactly 30 goals. His “main option” in Lehkonen had a career high of just 27. And he still led the league with 84.. what did McDavid have? Well Draisaitl won the Rocket and with 52 goals and should’ve been the MVP over Hellebuyck, so he definitely had more than MacKinnon did, and Kucherov had like 3 different 40+ goal scorers to dish to as well. MacKinnon does not HAVE what they do around him and he still puts up the points they do. Like I said, it MATTERS greatly who you get to play with. That is why he’s better than both of them with ease. He’s a better sniper/goal scorer and just as good of a playmaker with MUCH better defense and physicality than either one of them.. Same with Celebrini: like Mack, he doesn’t have the players around him that McDavid & Draisaitl or Kucherov do and he’s still scoring like that.. Mack and Celebrini will be the 2 best players in the game for a few years within the next 2 or 3 imo.
But, no, Celebrini is NOT “the best player in the game” lol don’t even try that yet. He’s still not even in the top 5 yet: he’s not better than MacKinnon, McDavid, Draisaitl, Kucherov, or Makar. That is the top 5 today. Who can you take out of there to put Celebrini in? None of them yet. Give it maybe 2-3-4 years when they start to age out and Cele is into his 20’s, then he’ll probably be #1 in the game. MacKinnon and Draisaitl are already 30 this year, Kucherov is 32, and McDavid is 29 now. Kucherov only has a couple years left of this level of play at most, Celebrini will knock him out of the top 5 first imo. But he’s not there YET.
He’s been first man on back check dropping low for the defender and following the play to goal line a few times.
I heard Guerin is making some panic calls to IIHF hoping that they will ban this line, that this line be illegal.
I don't think Coopers made a mistake but he had to adjust his conservative approach while playing a more dangerous Swiss team. If he where smart he would keep this line together. They compliment each other really well.
One of the TV presenter's at Milano Cortina called them the McMack line, and I LOVE IT!
Celebrini is doing his country proud!
