   Minimum it needs to be 1st, 2nd & a starting player but teams picking late in the draft it has to be two 1st's

7. Two firsts and a player from teams that are in poor draft position (Bears Patriots etc.) isn't nearly enough. Would have to be teams like the Jets or Commanders where you're getting a top 10 selection this year and hopefully they're not excellent next year either resulting in a decent selection with the next year's pick.

16. Not sure why people keep overstating the age difference between MIach and Maxx.. HE is not a "good 3 years younger". Maxx is less than 2 years older. It's a year and nine months. They are two draft classes apart.

19. I still respect Mayock. As a draft expert he could've been a good GM, but was hampered by Gruden picking the first two rounds every year. People forget that Mayock found a few amazing late rounds gems, Nate Hobbs, Hunter Renfrow, and of course Maxx being chief among them

20. Pats fan who loves the player but the bidding will get too high for a player of his age. Plenty of cheaper options in the draft and free agency.

28. The Raiders will trade Geno Smith, the 1st pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, and a 2027 1st-rounder to the Dolphins for Tua Tagovailoa and the 43rd pick in the 2026 NFL Draft and trade Maxx Crosby to the Cardinals for Marvin Harrison Jr. and the 3rd, 65th, and 141st picks in the 2026 NFL Draft.

29. How can max not understand why the raiders shut him down at the end of last season? He understood, he was just being selfish. The raiders were protecting their investment. He'd been banged up and injured and needed surgery, and they were in a situation where winning would actually hurt them. I'm tired of wondering if max is happy every year. All of these guys making tens of millions of dollars a year to play a game
    need to get some perspective.

36. Maxx postures every year it seems like but I doubt he's going anywhere with a current super bowl winning OC turned HC coming on board and Mendoza likely being drafted. Plus he got his pick on staff to be promoted to DC. The only way he leaves is if the Raiders front office trades him for a bunch of draft picks and that remains to be seen.
