16. I'm happy with the new hire . I was listening to hear yoga . When we had all those injuries a few years back . I put in the comments the importance of weight training, but stretching for these guys is important. Not just those stretches we see on the sidelines, but a full body stretching helps stretch every muscle to help prevent injuries.

    2) Linderbaum is gone and it’s not a huge loss. It’s part of the business and I’m sure there’s a backup plan.

    I’m confident we’ll get better on the O line purely through coaching and scheme. As well, I’m confident that through free agency and the draft we’ll round out the roster. I’m a little tired of the doom and gloom over two players. Both are good in their own right but both also have flaws. Let’s not throw in the towel over a couple free agent losses.

27. Linderbalms agent has us over a barrel. He knows we can’t afford to lose him. Which is ultimately gonna price us out. He’s worth about 15 million a year , I’d stretch it to 18 million considering the situation. Which means he’s gone. This will be a rebuild year. You’re not gonna find a starting center and 2 starting guards and Stanleys back up in one year. Also need a replacement for Madubeke , at least one proven pass rusher , a solid corner , another safety etc. Too many holes due to Decostas poor drafting and bad decision making. Need to build out the trenches for a couple years. That’s the reality of the situation.
