I think we give him a year to cook in the AHL and he takes Dillon’s spot when his contract expires
yeah that was always the plan. his coach last year was larionov who seemed to have a vested interest in getting him ready to come.
current coach doesn’t seem to care at all so. the sooner he gets here the better
I’d rather him wait until the offseason so we don’t burn a year of his ELC for 10 games but I’m happy to hear he’s all in on coming over

Good news,it’s been reported the coach in the KHL hasn’t helped his growth at all
Isn’t he getting like next to no minutes in the KHL rn? I’m glad he’ll get North American playing time ASAP to see what we have in him.
In general, hopefully he pans out (especially since we passed over Buium for him). If not, it will just be another mistake by Fitz & co’s drafting decisions — which is why I lean towards trading our pick this year if it’s not top 5 as a piece in a deal for an established offensive player.
