  15. I know the Canucks are trash, but we looked pretty solid throughout this game.

    It’s so hard to quit the Kraken because you can see how close they are to stumbling into putting everything together on a consistent basis.

  23. It’s the Cannucks so a massive grain of salt.

    That said… That team was much more complete. We’re probably not going to be able to slug it out with a top team offensively.

    If that same team shows up the games will at least be more competitive. Hopefully it’s a sign of continuing improvement and not just a great night. 9 points on the top line is preeeeetty fucking sweet though.

  25. I mean I know it’s the Canucks, but… we needed that win and we needed it to be decisive. Glad it was!

    And wow, what a debut for McMann! I’ve been excited to see him actually join the team and I hope he keeps the energy from tonight going.

  38. I’m just left with the reality that we had this same mentality last time we beat the Canucks and then went on to play terrible games (even though Joey stole the game against the Canes right after, it was still a terrible game on our part outside of Joey).

    At the very least, we had a fun night.
