Flames beat the Blues 2-1 in a Shootout
I wasn't surprised they got called back but it was still pretty crazy to watch three goals come off the board. The puck doesn't lie though, the team who deserved to win did even if it isn't ideal for the tank. Nice to see the kids out in OT and Gridin has a hell of a shot. Onto the next

Frost punched a guy in the head a couple times. Cooley had some non regulation saves. We failed a 4 on 3 PP. Gridin lit the lamp in the SO. And we made the Blues eat a point. Great fuckin game!
It gave me an idea for my new tank ideal: build some powerhouse scoring confidence and excitement by outscoring our opponents by 4 goals per night but having 3 of them called back by sloppy off-sides and end up losing by 1.
Fun to watch, the kids learn to score, the offsides are easy to fix when it’s time to win and in the meantime we chase the Canuckleheads for that number one draft spot.
Anybody else enjoy seeing Vegas dropping in the standings? Assuming they get knocked out early, their first round pick is now in the teens. Conny should be able to nab someone good there!
Overall solid effort after a long roadie, a game we would usually come out flat. Nice to see. Bru looks ready for a full time NHL role, Griddy is impressive for his age and Matty is a bull. Best game ive seen Zary play in a long time. Can’t loose them all folks.
