$1,000 PER PERSON to visit the locker room, have dinner at Scotiabank Arena and potentially meet some Alumni (not even a guarantee).

What are MLSE smoking? Who is going to pay that even for "business guests"? You dont even get to see a game included.

  1. That’s not that unreasonable, especially if they’re targeting this to corporate entities. I think this would be an add-on for groups who already have tickets.

  2. Oh wow, didnt see PER PERSON until after. At first I was like $100 per isn’t too bad (1000 / 10 ppl).

God damn this is a rip off.

Depends. Might be worth it if you get pretzels (or waffles) for dinner.

  4. They need to get back some of the revenue they’re not getting from the playoffs

  5. The people who would pay for this have the money for it and don’t give a fuck. Simple as.

  6. This is what Pelley gets paid the big bucks for. Genius new ideas to take money from fans.

No ideas for managing the hockey ops though…

  7. “potential alumni appearances”. Bruh, if I am paying MLSE, a $4billion company, a $1000 per person, there is no “potential appearances”. Someone of note better be there. Cheap ass mother fuckers, I swear this organization is run by idiots.

  8. “Potential alumni appearances” lmao. For $1000 per person, they should be able to guarantee that. Rogers makes it incredibly hard sometimes to enjoy the team I’ve grown up loving.

  9. Another freaking corporate joke! I wonder if this is Pelley’s going away party

  10. I guess this is what they meant by last season when they promised ” major DNA changes”……dinner and alcohol

  11. Aren’t these rich snobs forgetting that sports is supposed to be for us plebs while we’re otherwise stolen from & Rome burns?

  12. Tbh you scrape together enough budget for a work dinner and there’s people who would pay that. Not going to be everyone buying it but I know guys who would.

  13. As for usual this is catering to the suits and those well off, leaving average fans out.

  14. The Leafs are taking a page from European football here. For most of the top teams in Europe you can pay for similar experiences. MLSE sees other organizations squeezing every penny out of fans , this is just another way they can too.

  15. Sadly a fuckload of corporate shit that can scam it as a business dinner is going to buy these up and they will sell a bunch

  16. Most toxic money grubbing organization in sports. This is what happens when corporations own fking everything. This team only exists because of the hard working average joe that cant even get into a game. Sickening.

  17. Hockey dressing rooms are the nastiest smelling places I have ever been. Not a place for dinner.

  18. Better then jacking up the price to the games for fans, if it’s works it genius if it doesn’t….well seat costs will go up 5%….new reality

  19. Funny. In Edmonton, they do this for free to woo Chairman’s Club members to renew their tickets. I got to take part in one, as my Dad brought me along. Food was unreal, and we got to chat with Fernando Pisani for most of the evening.

  20. lol I can do the scotiabank arena tour and get the same photo opp afterwards go to our Michelin star restaurant and still pay less. What a joke.
