One would think the skates would be designed with that gap area smaller than a puck, so that does not occur…
He should have STUCK that foot into the net first!
I was at this game and I’m glad the predators won but this was funny!

LOL Beniers looks like he's playing curling as he's trying to help get the puck out.
It baffles me that equipment designed for hockey has the ability for pucks and sticks to get stuck in them.
Hockey sticks shouldn't be able to get wedged in the skate blade holder (nor should an entire puck).
And pucks shouldn't be able to be wedged Ina goalie helmet.
Should've skated to the net and put his foot in the net 🚨🫂
