1. He is a number 1 WR, he is not an X receiver. Brady won multiple super bowls with similar style receivers who zay is better than. A 1 doesn’t always have to be an X

8. My issue is yall calling him a WR1, I’ve been saying this is the same issue as Hollywood. Ravens refused to invest properly so our SLOT WR has been forced to be WR1. Zay is not a WR1, we need a X,Y & Z . Harbs & EDC are the reason we overpay the wrong people.
   I will say at this point Zay deserves the money because HE IS OUR WR1 BY FORCE like Deandre said. But if that’s true who are the 2 & 3 ? IMO ZAY is all 3 because Bateman really isn’t any good 1v1 he doesn’t win like Zay does seperation ≠ yards or td. Zay is elite and deserves Higgins money not JJ money but unless the ravens invest in real offensive weapons EARLY in the draft we are in the same spot. O line can wait, but WR/Te (Sadiq) & a backup running back is needed. Then go find a center but ravens put all their eggs in one basket and get mad when the basket wants a raise …

9. A true number 1 can win in any situation. 3rd and short, 3rd and medium and 3rd and long. Even when the defense knows you are getting it. I think Zay falls a little short.

11. Zay is in a tough position because he is really good but not top receiver money good. So if you can get him 5-6 year deal, it'll make since by the end of the contract but a short deal at the top of the market wouldn't make sense.

29. No Zay is a number 2 most definitely. He to small

30. Zay is probably the best 1B in the NFL but not a 1A. He's like Higgins is to Chase. Higgins CAN be the 1A on some teams that have less WR talent but he's not the 1A of a potent offense.
