If I had a draft in 200 years, and I called it the Pearly Gates draft, I’d pick Peyton Manning as my QB. I think he’s the purest QB the sport has produced, especially intellectually. Not to mention his professionalism on and off the field. I’ll die on that hill. We’d win the game too. Which Peyton ya want, 2006 or 2013? I don’t care about this Colts/Broncos nonsense. I am a Peyton Manning fan, just happen to be a Colts fan longer. Broncos suck. They were fun to watch with Manning gettin’ it. Damn he was good.

As a superbowl winner, he’s both.
The Broncos gave him a great opportunity late in his career to do some very cool things, but he played most of his career here, put up most of his numbers here, and basically built the Colts franchise into something people actually (sort of) care about. The Broncos didn’t need that.

How about we go joint custody and we get him every Monday through Friday and they can have him every other weekend except for football season where he’s ours full time and they have to pay us all child support so they can call themselves a good father.
