Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston are the Indiana Fever’s two cornerstones of the future. Together, these two stars are expected to serve as the pillars for the organization for many years to come.
Clark, however, played just 13 games in 2025 due to multiple injuries. After an incredible rookie season, the 6-foot guard was not able to take the next step in Year 2.
Boston was one of the players who had to carry a heavier load with Clark sidelined. The former Rookie of the Year averaged a career-high 15.0 points on 53.8% shooting, 8.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.2 steals in 30.2 minutes per contest.
Boston was named an All-Star for a third consecutive season. She also finished sixth in the MVP race and was part of the All-Defensive and All-WNBA second teams.

It has been an eventful offseason for both Fever stars. Clark is coming off an MVP run for Team USA in the FIBA Women’s World Cup Qualifying Tournament in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Boston, on the other hand, had a successful stint in Unrivaled before a season-ending right lower extremity injury. Boston was forced to miss the World Cup qualifiers because of the injury.
On Tuesday, Boston took some time away from basketball. She posted a handful of photos of herself in a swimsuit under the sun while on vacation.
Fans and teammates alike gravitated towards Boston’s post — and for good reason. Clark was one of the first Fever players to comment on the post with one word that perfectly summed up the reactions to Boston’s photos.
“Sexyyyyy,” Clark wrote.
Clark’s comment also drew a lot of attention on social media.
“’BOWBOWBOW’🔥🔥🔥🔥” a comment on Instagram read.
“truth…” another said.
“who would win on a 1v1🤔🤷♂️” asked a user.
“Can’t wait to see you back with the team! This is year of the Fever,” a reaction read.
“You both are beautiful super talented sexxy awesome players. Hope to see you both play,” said another.
“🔥” a fan posted.
Boston also reacted to Clark’s post. The 6-foot-5 center-forward expressed her appreciation. “thank you babesss🥰🥰” Boston wrote.
This friendship between Clark and Boston will need to translate to chemistry on the basketball court this coming season. Fans have already seen what these two are capable of together when healthy, and they will now be looking to lead the Fever to new heights in 2026.
