  8. A defensive minded head coach is the best thing for Lamar because he can help him understand how defenses think. Jesse will be able to prepare Lamar for what Jesse would do to stop him.

  14. I think Minter is not only going to restore our defense but know how to give an offense some advantages against defenses that have giving us problems in the past like Brian Flores type defenses. Steelers defense with Watt Highsmith Heyward trio.

    I think we can put so much on these coaches to say they are offensive and defensive coaches but they all still have to understand the other side of the ball they are going up against….its really the play creators and callers that usually separate themselves

  23. Jesse, "Its the difference in standards and expectations. Standards are hardcore, they are more factual…VS you have expectations and you leave some gray area within expectations. Expectations are a little more like hope and a wish. Standard is like NO, this is how we are going to do this, this is how we operate". Thats a bar and a very young-Harbaugh thing to say! Lets go

  33. Really excited to see how Minter and his staff attack the draft & get ready for the season. Getting Ledford, Doyle, Mickens was exciting as well as getting coach Weaver back and hyped to see Co-Cap as our ST coordinator. This new era of Ravens football can be very special.

  36. So Minter got a private jet, the purple carpet and a standing ovation. But Crosby flew into DC, drove 2 hours and didn’t see minter or edc til the end of the day? Yeah. The Ravens got too scared to part with their precious 1st round picks.
