I think that I was there many years ago – is that the building that looks like a parking garage very close to the dock where the cruise ships come in? If my memory serves well I believe that structure had a huge banner across the top about the cheap margaritas and at the top there was a bar and the owner was chill AF. There was also another tiny bar next to the dock. I also remember a Harley Davidson shop there too. All of that was not what the rest of the island was about! Don’t be whipping any new tech or phones or you might be a target. Hmmm am thinking it was like 2013’ish. Someone got shot for their mobile phone on that trip stopping in Roatan as I remember.
