  5. Arlington Heights only works if there's a very expensive spur from the Tri-State to 53 somewhere north of the stadium. Driving south to O'Hare, then west to Woodfield, then north to the stadium makes the location a lot less useful.

    The current White Sox location is an option and already has transit infrastructure in place.

  7. Only Illinois and Arlington Heights, Bears can make big money there. Indiana is desperate to deal because they got little else going, much less population.
