5. As far as the team is concerned, they MIGHT win 3 games this year, but your 2028 deadline will not be met. This team will NEVER be successful as long as Mr Ross owns them. He absolutely cannot make the right decisions, on anything, at any level, with this team. Almost 20 years in, and you'll be happy with playoffs in 2028. Mr Ross has to sell before this team will be relevant.

6. Hey, the Pats and the Eagles had cap space and free agency talent, and players wanted to go to those teams. No body is breaking down Miami's door to come. The only players that came to Miami were old veterans who wanted a payday. If we can't attract awesome talent at a discount, players are looking for a Super Bowl. Then this will be a 4 year rebuild. 17. Mike McDonald and the Seahawks is a prime example, and probably has a lot to do with what the Dolphins are doing. Got rid of DK Metcalf and others and a lot of the Seahawk fans were thinking how they were going to be terrible and next thing you know they end up getting another ring. I grew up and still do live in Seattle and I've been a Dolphins fan since towards end of Marino's career and have been waiting all of these years for the Dolphins to make it to the Superbowl. Our Town's old mayor during the early 2000s was drafted by the Dolphins in 1967 along with Bob Griese, but then he got hurt and never played I guess. He was finally let go in 1969 and that was the end of that lol

19. I think it needs to be 4 years. With how bare the roster has been stripped, and with what needed to be done with the salary cap, this first season to me is year 0. So that 3rd year would be the 4th overall. If it means building a winning culture, with a winning formula for team building, then its worth the wait

23. Doug, I've been a fan since '78, and this rebuild is the best thing I've seen since the Marino years. All the attempts to retool with random spare parts are over. I love all the one year "prove it" contracts. They might find some pieces that fit. Hopefully the Fins get a few guys that are consistent contributors. The next two years will be rough, but I'm with you, just show improvement each year.

24. And the NFL says it cares about players safety yet they keep scheduling more games during the week which gives players less time to recover, less practice time…it's all about that money! They keep milking more money from it's fans too with all these games being on different networks…ya gotta have like 5 different streaming services to watch all these games it's crazy
