Muggsy Bogues and Anthony Davis. Combining them would come out one of two ways:
AD’s size with elite quickness, elite hustle, elite hands attached to those long ass arms on defense. All of the post moves of AD and can reliably bring the ball up the court. He could press your lead guard 94 feet and then rotate to lock down your forwards in the paint. That player is a perennial DPOY and MVP candidate.
The other option is just Muggsy Bogues, except with immaculate post moves and rim protection but he’s 5’3 so nobody would ever know.
