If The Phoenix Suns Want To Keep The 7th Seed And Host The Play-In Games This MUST Happen!

Phoenix Suns face a pivotal stretch as fans and analysts debate their playoff outlook—are they truly locked into the 7th seed, or is a late push for the 6th still possible? Benjamin Garcia breaks down NBA Western Conference standings, examining key tiebreakers with the Los Angeles Clippers and how upcoming games against the Utah Jazz, Memphis Grizzlies, and Orlando Magic could shape the Suns’ postseason destiny. Will Devin Booker, Jalen Green, and Dillon Brooks deliver when it matters most?

Roster decisions heat up as Phoenix considers playoff rotations and whether to take a chance on free agent Cam Thomas. Garcia argues the Suns already have enough guards, pointing to Thomas’s inefficiency and defensive struggles. The episode highlights potential changes to the rotation, insight on Mark Williams and Collin Gillespie’s roles, and why leaning into small-ball lineups may be risky. Can the Suns lock up their seed, or will the Clippers force a dramatic shakeup?

  1. I'm glad to see you mention the suns are not locked into the 7th. But i disagree with you about the next 5 games. The Hornets and magic are losses with the way we're playing and the bulls beat us in Phoenix. I dont think the bulls will beat us again. If we get brooks and Williams back i will feel better. Like you said the schedule at the end rockets and lakers are tough. Hopefully the thunder will be resting everyone since its the last game and they have everything wrapped up. Going back to the hornets and magic. The Hornets the last few months have been one of the scariest teams in the league. If I'm a top team in the east i wouldn't want to play them. However we did beat them a couple weeks ago. we barely beat the magic. I hope om wrong but these 2 seem like losses

  2. 1000% agree with you about collin starting over green. I agree so much that I'm not sure I would even have green in the rotation. Luke you said, i know the suns won't to this. The only arguments for green is its someone else bringing the ball up and take pressure off of book. We kinda have solved that problem, Grayson, colin brooks even oso can handle the ball. When the playoffs start it get physical, we need length and toughness and green is neither. Since green came in and brooks left we have sucked and gone soft. Our shooting % has went way down. There is no reason for green to play. The ball sticks in his hand to much

  3. I know Fleming fumbled other night in the clutch but I really hope he gets 12-16 in playoffs I think it would be huge for his growth , we ain’t winning a chip let man man and Fleming play 12-16 min get some real reps .
