This was posted in the other hockey forums and everyone is loving it. They got decades worth of teams and many ups and downs. Our first down year is their Stanley Cup moment lol. I don’t think we belong in the playoffs but if we limp in and somehow made a run at least got the Cup finals that would be the most hilarious thing ever
Just need to win the important games ..the rest is just numbers
How funny would it be if we won the Stanley Cup with a losing record? It won’t happen, I don’t see a deep playoff run in our future, but just imagine the hockey subs losing their mind over it
Won’t finish with more wins than loses *in the regular season.*
Well, I’m sure any day now we’ll see a mass exodus of fans who don’t want to watch a team that doesn’t have a winning record, just like everyone predicted /s
This season has been rough, was it our second year that we also struggled and didn’t secure a playoff spot until quite late in the season? Or am I remembering it wrong
it was always bound to happen at some point. it’s been a rough year but compared to other teams both now and in the last decade it’s not that bad. just gotta keep moving forward, dwelling on this won’t help! it’s go knights go forever and always 🙂
We’re gonna start hearing calls to fire the coach now, right?
Win the Cup and no one will care.
Winning the Cup is the goal. So we made the playoffs, good. Now get the Cup. That’s all it takes.
