Forget the home run — if Benge can consistently go 1-3 with 2 walks each game, I'd sign up for that all year long. They've put the kid in a good spot where he can acclimate to the league, hit in the bottom third, and focus on getting on base and playing good defense — anything else is gravy. I'll want to see how he responds when he hits an inevitable slump, but he's certainly showing us something so far.
I expect a 30-30 from Benge easily. 270-300.

Glad to see him play a good game…..let's not put him in Cooperstown just yet.
