  1. Manson makes a terrible hit and gets a penalty and baited Barron into that fight. As much as i dislike Manson, Barron doesn’t need to take that fight. Let the pp try to score with Manson in the box

  2. Chevy fails Jets again. Jets 1.0 always had policeman, scrappers, whatever. Heck Fergie was a fighter. If you’re going to construct a tiny ass team you need some fighters. This team is already soft and can’t imagine them going through a playoff grind. No chance. 17:57 Hopefully when Chevy is fired the next GM will bring in some guys that can toss’em. Get the meanest SOB in the AHL as a start for next year. If Fluery can be a defenceman on this team, surely to Christ Bauer can. PS. Byfuglien wasn’t a fighter, and to answer the Nott question, “there’s nobody. Chevy fail!

  3. At least Mr Wiebe seems to have some marbles left in his head while the other three egging on the fighting so that hockey players can get brain damage, so considerate. Bigger penalties; no fighting, those poor mush brains! No fighting in the olympics and it was great fricken hockey.

  4. I think this is an L take by Andrew. And I usually agree with him. You had Lambert, Rosen, Demelo and Fleury on the ice. Who is going to go after Manson? I get sticking up for your guys, but it’s unfair to ask any of those guys, especially the kids. To step up and get in there. Barron would probably be the first to agree. It was a dirty hit, Barron stood up for himself (because he’s a heart and soul guy and leaves it out there every night) but it was a tall task at hand. I will agree that the jets maybe need a bit more grit/hitters on the team. It’s unfair to expect out captain to fight and step up next game. (Even though he probably will, I hope he doesn’t get injured)
