What I love about Mac is how he became him. He was always a stud. Similar to Bedard, the guys basically the gsp of the NHL. He works so hard off the ice to be incredible on the ice. Once he matured into his athletic prime hes quietly became the best player in the NHL on any given night.
Mac played 25 minutes. Why? Look at this roster. There is absolutely no fucking reason to abuse him and Makar(29 minutes !!!!) that much. Do you remember pathetic pp against Dallas in 2025 playoffs? They were dead tired playing every other shift. This Bednar's strategy to deploy best players as much as he can is a recipe for disaster. Avs roster at the moment is the best by far I ever seen, including 2022. Let them play and keep intensity!
