Leaving aside all the contentious stuff about him. legacy, leadership and how to feel about the future – as a basketball fan, I have to say this is just a bonkers level of skill and dedication. Wow.

  1. KD is as good as it gets efficient scorer, he needs a good PG and he will win you games no matter what the opposition is. Just a decent starting level PG with him and he will be deadly. Also he is an adequate passer and good defender as well. How many 611 and above guys in the NBA we can say that ever? Maybe wemby and that’s it? Wilt?

  2. He’s what we needed last season. I still think a fully healthy squad will make a deep run

  3. If he just wouldn’t have thrown away so many games for us, he’d probably be getting more MVP consideration.

  4. His game causes others to be less efficient, his character kills the team spirit.

  5. We have him handling the ball too much. It’s not entirely his fault, but he is absolutely careless with too many passes. Our off the ball movement is also terrible thanks to poor coaching. Players need to be more active setting screens, cutting with purpose, and moving to space to create passing lanes. The stagnancy is mind-boggling after 70+ games. The coaching staff is collectively incapable of implementing anything significant or getting everybody on the same page. Just a bunch of undercoached disjointed pieces with next to zero chemistry.

  6. He’s still a top ten player if he isn’t being used as a ball handler
