  1. First W of the season. Let’s go!

  2. “Wrigley can be rude. She’s wonderful, but she can be rude” this sub will never make me hate you Ian

  3. Sunny day, Cade picking up where he left off, some dingers, a Cubs W. What’s not to love?

  4. Now that’s more like it – routing a bad team and scoring 10 runs for the first time this season. Cade Horton gives up 2 earned runs or less for the 13th consecutive time since post all star break last year

  5. Excellent quality start, Cade did great and looks really good in a number of different ways. His fastball was popping for sure.

PCA taking those bunts down the line is good, force teams to respect him and put their 3B close or he’s gonna take a free base and probably a second later in the inning. His stolen base jumps looked much better than last year too.

Swanson and Hoerner looks great up the middle as always, Swanson in particular was crushing the ball but just BABIP lucked. Catchers, all 3 of them, look good so far which is a massive positional advantage.

  6. Who’s that wizard on here who said they were gonna win today with double digits show yourself

  7. Horton pitched a great game.

Bregman may be cold in the bat, but he’s still good on defense.

Happ and Amaya homering was great.

  8. Looks like cardinals got a stud in Wetherholt, but at least they are rebuilding lol
