Yea, the Broncos not only lost the AFC Championship, but the poor showing by Stidham cost the Broncos the ability to actually get any value for him in a trade. His contract is very rich, I can't imagine any team wanting to spend that kind of money on a backup who absolutely had his shot and blew it. Granted, it seemed like Quinn Meinerz didn't even suit up that day, but the once in a lifetime opportunity was there and he just didn't take it.
I'd take a 4th happily for Stiddy but I think it would be more like a 5th or 6th. He would have to renegotiate his contract.

You got Stiddy wrong. He’s definitely a top tier back up. Let’s not let the AFC championship game really dictate his game overall. It was a fluke snow game with hella bad play calling and officiating. Don’t get me wrong, he could’ve done a lot better but so many other factors played a part in that.

The Broncos might be able to trade their 2027 1st pick for the the Jets 2 2026 picks and then they could get Rodriguez, Stowers, and Washington in the second round.
Stidham needs to go and take Krull and Mc Laughlin with him.

The Broncos need to get LB Christian Ellis, supposedly there is a good chance the Patriots are going to cut him. He's a good LB and the Broncos would have 2 Elliss brothers because Kaden Elliss went to the Saints.
