Don’t be shocked if we draft a WR in the later rounds

  1. Isn’t it usually a good idea for any team to draft a WR in late rounds every year? Regardless of how good the WR room is? I think it’s pretty standard operating procedure for any GM

  2. later rounds I have no problem with. Also very pleased with OLine aggressiveness in the offseason. I was wound up pretty tight with our moves last season following a year of disastrous offensive line play

  3. Honestly I wouldn’t be opposed to going as high as the 3rd round for a WR. We’re banking a lot next year on one of the Jaylens taking a leap and Tank Dell to come back healthy and stay healthy.

  4. Not gonna be shocked when we draft one on the earlier rounds… frustrated but not shocked

  5. We better nico stays hurt dell coming off an injury Higgins will improve n noel needs. More routes..

  6. I won’t be shocked at all. Just don’t want one in the first 4 to 5 pics. Although I’m not banking on our three Iowa State boys to become all pros this year, or for tank to come back at 100%, are for Nico to play every game on her, I do have faith that we have a good receiving core. Having said that, we still need to draft some talent for that room, but I think we have some depth priorities that are even more important: some of these would be DT, OG/OT, TE, LB and RB. But with our first five pics, at least we have the option of getting five good players that could make the team at five positions at least.

  7. In the later rounds that shouldn’t be an issue. Wouldn’t want one in the upper rounds due to backlog and my belief we have other positions we should be shoring up

  8. Bro I wonder if they would consider doing it with one of thier first 3 picks.
If there’s a playmaker with a will Anderson mindset they will pull that trigger, no doubt!!
