Absolutely not a goal
that's funny because the pens are my fav team
As a Wild and Penguins fan, that had me fuming
I meanโฆ the puck went into netโฆ
My glorious 6โ7โ king Lian Bischel just doing goat things ๐๐
Wouldโve been funny if he skated by Karlsson again to give him his stick back.
No goal
Refs hazing a new coach? Allowing some of the most bizarre things to happen. Also it's not just the penguins who get screwed by bad refs. This season especially, the refs have a whole new idea and concept of Goalie Interference. ๐ค.
It is an actual rule. Itโs covered under the same rule that prevents kicking a stick away from an opponent retrieving it. I think Andrew Shaw got called for it famously in one of the Blackhawks runs.
Holding the stick doesn't count if the first guy isn't holding it anymore ๐
Dallas Stars
Omfg. I'm a Stars club member and Bishel is my brothers favorite player. Absolutely a penalty but zebras finally give us one. I swear that's a holding penalty. ๐
I think honestly itโs such a troll thing to do ๐๐๐๐
Pens having top 2 most controversial goal of the season
As both someone who knows that the Dallas Stars control all ice time in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and as a Kraken fan who's still salty about that that 2023 second-round series, it's a good goal. As a hockey fan, it's not a goal. I mean, there's a reason Karlsson was looking at the ref wondering when the penalty was coming.
Three hands on a stick is a penalty. Also this is an illegal stick violation.
He should never be in the line up next time these two teams play
As a Penguins fan, my laptop did very nearly end up on LTIR after seeing that absolute bullshit, and people are still trying to find a way to blame it on EK65 for โnot defending without his stickโ, as if that should be the expectation rather than, yknow, the ref doing his job ๐
Its illegal equipment
nininininoo
Should of been an interference call.
No goal and the Dallas stars receive a minor penalty for illegal equipment violation
I've said it the entire season, how does dallAss get away with so much interference/holding/hooking/slashing. Yet get everything called the other way?
Yea i dont about this one Gary, but at least my last three have counted
All sports, especially playoffs, are controlled by Gambling and Las Vegas. NHL MLB NBA NFL FIFA,
The only reason I can come up with as to why a penalty wasn't called is if you watch the replay, Karlsson let's go of his stick almost immediately as if he's intentionally trying to draw a penalty.
Avโs fan here, if that was me than my tv would look like chainsaw man trying to change the Channel
I swear to god
Your tv would be on forever IR never mind long term
watch it again, Karlson's stick is on the ground, Bischel scores with his own stick.
Bichsel scored with his own stick. He dropped Karlsson's immediately after grabbing it, but this camera angle makes it hard to tell.
I'm pretty sure you can get a penalty for that it's called holding the stick penalty I believe
Itโs a good goal karlson had his stick rapped around bichel
It's a good goal. If it hurts the Penguins, it's good for the league.
Considering Karlsson let go of his stick in an attempt to draw a penalty we should have given the Pens a penalty for embellishment.
It only counts as a Penalty when it's not against the Penguins
If it was your team you just go play golf
No goal canโt steal peoples sticks and score wtf
No goal
The Penguins have had to deal with shitty refs all month, I canโt even count the amount of times we have been screwed over regarding terrible calls.
I don't know but refs this year, theres… Theres something wrong, worst than other years
It is a rule because I remember back when zegras tried to steal a stick and got a penalty
As a Wild fan who sees the potential of us stealing home ice from Dallas, I say no goal.
It is a rule. Because it happened before in a game and the rule followed that incident. Bobby Ryan scored it
That happens, heโs getting a wack with that same stick to the face.
