  1. Refs hazing a new coach? Allowing some of the most bizarre things to happen. Also it's not just the penguins who get screwed by bad refs. This season especially, the refs have a whole new idea and concept of Goalie Interference. ๐Ÿค”.

  2. It is an actual rule. Itโ€™s covered under the same rule that prevents kicking a stick away from an opponent retrieving it. I think Andrew Shaw got called for it famously in one of the Blackhawks runs.

  3. Omfg. I'm a Stars club member and Bishel is my brothers favorite player. Absolutely a penalty but zebras finally give us one. I swear that's a holding penalty. ๐Ÿ˜‚

  4. As both someone who knows that the Dallas Stars control all ice time in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and as a Kraken fan who's still salty about that that 2023 second-round series, it's a good goal. As a hockey fan, it's not a goal. I mean, there's a reason Karlsson was looking at the ref wondering when the penalty was coming.

  5. As a Penguins fan, my laptop did very nearly end up on LTIR after seeing that absolute bullshit, and people are still trying to find a way to blame it on EK65 for โ€œnot defending without his stickโ€, as if that should be the expectation rather than, yknow, the ref doing his job ๐Ÿ’€

  6. I've said it the entire season, how does dallAss get away with so much interference/holding/hooking/slashing. Yet get everything called the other way?

  7. The only reason I can come up with as to why a penalty wasn't called is if you watch the replay, Karlsson let's go of his stick almost immediately as if he's intentionally trying to draw a penalty.

  8. The Penguins have had to deal with shitty refs all month, I canโ€™t even count the amount of times we have been screwed over regarding terrible calls.
