  2. Getting so close to playoffs the past few years really raised expectations for the fanbase. Reasonably so, but the roster is still missing more homegrown picks that could push them over the top. Some more youth and speed and playmaking in the bottom 6 would go a long way.

  3. You can’t have your top 3 centers producing 125 points and expect to be a playoff team. Rasmussen has 14 points. That’s 139 points from the center position. That’s bottom of the league. That’s 🗑️

  6. I would like to see ASP get out of the Wing's organization! He will develop his skills much better with an organization that will give him more reps at the NHL level. He is too good for the AHL, and he won't learn anything there.

  8. No playoffs. No first round pick. No superstar talent in the minor league system. No urgency from the front office to do anything significant. Just a franchise existing on memories of "the good old days". Wake me up when 19 is gone..

  9. I’m just about desperate enough to take a swing at EP40 but only for the value of his production as of now. Not for what he’s done in the past or what he could potentially bounce back to. The Canucks should also have to take less return or retain. They also have to take Rasmussen.
