  1. I just can't listen to this podcast any longer. Your laughter whenever you play postgsme interviews is disrespectful and makes it almost impossible to hear what the interviewees are saying. Finally , it feels as if you now spend only half or less than half of the time on air talking about the game and the players.

  3. What Joe has done this year has changed. He’s taken a step back from just firing 3s which was clearly told to him from Stevens and management. So he’s evolved. Which is awesome because last year I was mad because I thought he just said we do what we do and fired a bunch of 3s because analytics said so. Can’t do that. Look at SGA he doesn’t shoot a ton of 3s he just runs to the elbow and sinks every shot. I love 3s but I also think you need to take it inside to win.

  4. I kno the Baylorholics will be up and arms, but it was another bad game defensively for Pinball Scheierman. How many blow-bys in this one?

He came in in the middle of q1 and was IMMEDIATELY targeted–3 plays in a row. Apparently Charles Lee is yet another one of those NBA coaches who aren't buying the oh-so-popular, trending, Baylor as lock-down defender trope. Eh, just another idiot coach.

Bay might be the easiest player ever to screen, and I'm not the only one to notice. Opponents usually bring him to the top of the key and screen him to free up 3s or drives. Usually, it works like a charm, but it almost backfired on them once. Shortly after he entered in q1, they set a double drag screen on him and he was so slow getting thru the first one he threw off the rhythm of the play. You don't see that every day, not in this league.

q3 was more of the same–instantly hunted. Mazz didn't put him back in in the 4th until the Cs had re-established a 16-pt lead. Even with JB n DW out, he kept Pinball out of the game until it had been decided.

I like Bay. I like the way he plays and I root for him, but these people insisting he's a good defender are just making fools of themselves.

  5. JT was pure money tonite.
Also, Payton "Pack 'em Up" Pritchard was once again in beast mode as usual tonite.
    Absolutely Luv it !!!!
    Scary, Scary for the League.

  6. I'm afraid I have some bad news for lovers of my "novels." I occasionally contribute to left-wing websites and I have been asked to write a review, which I've agreed to do. So, I'm gonna be off grid for awhile. Fear not, there will be more novels to come. Ci vediamo.
