So my plan was to trade down, at first I traded 15 and 77 for 18 and 49 from the Vikings. I then traded back again with the Niners getting 18 for 27 and 58. After this I was sat at 27 with 3 second rounders, took Mesidor but come the start of round 2 Boston was still there so I used 49 (acquired from the Vikings) and next years 2nd rounder to trade up and get him, the board fell nicely for the other two getting Anthony Hill and Keionte Scott. We then had a big gap between our next pick and the board didn’t fall great, only player I liked and that was worth the pick imo was Devin Moore so I stacked the CB room, last 3 picks were sort of shots in the dark were I just chose the best QB, G and LB left.

If Mesidor is the target you take him at 15. I’d say it’s about 50/50 he’s even there.
if jason tries to write mesidors name down he should get fired and escorted away on the spot. dude will just prove everything the fans have been saying about him is true.
You violated the cardinal rule…though shalt not trade future picks.
Draft is fine outside of that. I like Mesidor at 27 better than 15. Boston is a bit more svelte than M1K3, but I like his upside. Hill is also fine, but was Rodriguez gone? I’d greatly prefer his playmaking ability to Hill’s upside. Scott feels like a weak link…gives me SMB vibes, drafted in the second but probably shouldn’t be a top 100 pick.
The only guy I’d put on your radar post 100 is Red Murdock out of Buffalo. I know double dipping at LB may seem like overkill after signing Anzalone, but I view him as a short term fix and Dennis largely as a bust so far; so whoever we draft early as an inside backer will eventually need a good running mate. Dude forced 17 fumbles over the past 3 seasons and just had 5 sacks this last season. Anybody that can get to the QB and force turnovers at that clip deserves a pick.
WR in the second is dumb
Not a massive fan of some of the picks, but love the trading back scenario. I’m unsure on the options likely left at 15 but there’s a nice depth in the early 2nd round for defensive pick ups. Personally would rather see something like Zion Young, Lee Hunter and Rodriguez if he’s still there, would really help reinvigorate our front 7 going forward.
Why would the titans trade what’s basically a first round pick at 35, to drop 14 spots and get what’s likely a middle to late second round pick next year? Especially when they desperately need help at WR and Edge
Trading down to grab Mesidor is the only way I’d be happy drafting him in the 1st. David Bailey, Arvell Reese & Rueben Baine are the only edges worth drafting in the 1st round. Mesidor is a round 2 talent who’s only real boon is the demand for edge across the league.
I accept this draft.
We areb1 injured wr from being Hella average and blaming Baker Mayfield for it .
I like the trade down , i would double up on edge rusher or dline and wide out and guard .
