  4. Suarez is gonna be tough, this will be a good test of the bats. Red Sox aren’t going to make as many errors and hopefully our pitching can hold it together. LMJ stunt on these hoes please 🙏

  9. Alright Lance we really need a decent outing from you tonight. At least go 5 innings, our bullpen has been heavily used already. And Bryan Abreu was worrying to watch last night, it was about a 5 mph drop in his fastball velocity. We haven’t heard any news but I suspect they may have him sit out for multiple games in a row and see how he feels.

  15. Rome said Roa was seen packing up his locker yesterday and that he’s likely headed to Sugarland to get a fresh arm. Wonder who’s getting called up. Too early for De Los Santos so I’m guessing Jayden Murray since he’s on the 40-man and pitched 1 inning Saturday.

    Every other pitcher on the 40-man in Sugarland is a starter and pitched this weekend and Lambert pitched yesterday.

  18. Boy oh boy where do I even begin. Lance… honey, my pookie bear. I have loved you ever since I first laid eyes on you. The way you paint the corners and strike fear into your enemies eyes. Your silky smooth touch around the seams, and that gorgeous curveball. I would do anything for you. I wish it were possible to freeze time so I would never have to watch you retire. You had a rough injury comeback, but you never gave up hope. You are even amazing off the diamond, you’re a great husband and father, sometimes I even call you dad. I forvever dread and weep, thinking of the day you will one day retire. I would sacrifice my own life it were the only thing that could put a smile on your beautiful face. You have given me so much joy, and heartbreak over the years. I remember when you first tore your UCL and its like my heart got broken into a million pieces. But a tear still fell from my right eye when I watched you win your first ring in Los Angeles, because deep down, my glorious king deserved it. I just wanted you to win one at home. Then allas, you did, my sweet baby boy came home and I rejoiced. 2019 was a hard year for us baby, but in 2022 you made history happen. You came back from your flexor tendon sprain and I couldn’t believe it. I was crying, bawling even, and I heard my glorious king exclaim these words, “BURY ME IN THE H!” Not only have you changed the game of baseball and the world forever, but you’ve eternally changed my world. And now you’re getting older, but still the goat, my goat. I love you pookie bear, my glorious king, Lance McCullers Jr.☺️♥️🫶🏻

  19. Not to be Debbie downer, but Lance has like metrics wise a really bad fastball compared to most starters. On the other hand both his breaking balls (sweep/curve) are top tier and the changeup is pretty good too. I genuinely think he’s better off as a reliever. Him and javier feel most suspect. I think burrows just got a bit unlucky and imai is still adjusting to mlb.
