  1. Green Bay is a publicly owned company. They had to rely more on the draft because the franchise is owned by a conglomerate of people. It's not Steve Ross billions he can spend if he wants. There's a big difference between Green Bay and other organizations

  2. First time in 30 years the Dolphins have a real coach and a general manager which will translate to double digit wins annually as the norm within 3 to 4 years
