Sean McVay on Kirk Cousins: “Kirk, come see us man”

1. I have zero issues with Cousins as our back up QB this season.

2. Kirk isn’t bad but he’s super expensive isn’t he? he has something crazy for his salary, right?

4. Yeah I mean ultimately I think we’d be totally fine with Kirk or Jimmy.

   Jimmy probably a little bit of a safer bet having been around the team, but in the event we need to start QB2 for 5-6 games or something I’d rather have Kirk

5. If Stafford goes down I feel like Jimmy G is a wildcard of maybe he can keep us afloat enough. Cousins? I feel like we’d miss Staff still but we’d not be out of the race by any stretch 

6. As long as Cousins isn’t still maga. Red flag city.
