  1. Cabrera was fantastic tonight! Really impressed with his first outing of the season. Bats were also great tonight! Keep it rolling tomorrow boys 🔥

  2. Cabrera is a damn good pitcher.

Also seeing the Nats demolish the Phillies makes me feel a little less salty about yesterday.

  3. Nationals won against the Phillies today 13-2. Just saying..

  4. Cabrera was smooth, we put ourselves in good positions and got the W. All you can ask for on a beautiful night. Let’s get another one tomorrow!

  5. 6 inning start + 3 inning save is unironically one of my favorite pitching lines in baseball. Probably second to a complete game.

Also that game was kinda crazy fast, yeah? Just Under 2.5 hours for a game with 9 runs and a lot of deep counts? I ain’t complaining

  6. Fly The W! Can’t believe Happ is gonna hit 140 bombs this year. I KNEW he was special.

  7. Rea was lookin a lil shaky there, glad he got through it & didn’t need to be bailed out

  8. Edward shoved today. Definitely think this trade will wind up being a win/win. Good, I didn’t want to root against that nice ginger boy

  9. yay for a nice mostly stress free W! excited to see more of cabrera, he looked great

  10. Bleachers were in peak summer form tonight. Love this weather in March. Back to reality tomorrow.

  11. I love the shot of the bleachers with all the W flags as everybody is singing

  12. As a cubs fan technically in Nats territory, this was the first game I could watch. Boy did it feel good watching those runs come in. Summer is back y’all!!!

  13. So what happens after Suzuki comes back? Please say Conforto disappears

  14. Cubs postgame show hosts not knowing there is an actual difference between ground rule double and automatic double and that its not just semantic is embarrassing… get it together

  15. Since we’re all overreacting to the first week, obviously Cabrera will win the Cy Young and Happ will win MVP.

  16. The group of dudes that spent the entire last half hour of the game trying (and failing) to start the wave instead of watching the game were absolutely killing what were otherwise immaculate vibes in Wrigley tonight.

  17. Great game. Hopefully the Locked On Cubs boys can pull out of their overreaction to a bad series loss now.
