1. I think it's a good move Geno is better than Drake Maye for sure .

2. “Bonafide starter”? Um, I think that Aaron Glenn is overselling Geno Smith. Just a little. But it’s Tic Toc for Glenn in NY. Coaches are hired to be fired there so he’d better dust off his resume. (I watched Geno a bit last year. I think he has a tendency to throw a hair late and when he throws, say, an out he has a tendency to throw too far inside. I think you want to throw those routes early and drive the receiver to the boundary so the corners aren’t embarrassing you with more House Calls than Hugh Laurie. But I’ll bet if you go look at Geno’s interceptions last year — he had what? 17? So there is a big sample size — I think these two things, along with not having the quickest release, do him in.)

10. The Jets wouldn't be making an offense in one year. They are two pieces away from having a playoff caliber offense. They need another WR and a better QB. They could get Tate in this draft and they could trade for Burrow with those three first rounders in next year's draft or if the rule change goes into effect they could give up multiple first rounders over the next 5 years to get Burrow. These picks turn into late first round picks in 28 and beyond with Burrow on the team anyway or possibly another starting QB out there that they could trade for. If they wanted they could be in the playoffs next year.

But guess what? So does Chip Kelly, the OC who was sabotaging Geno with play calls for plays that were never even installed. So does Pete Carroll, who nepotistically hired his own son to coach the WORST offensive line in the league.

    Don't pretend like this was all Geno's fault. Even in a bad season, he was still completing almost 2 out of every 3 passes to his own guys and he STILL threw more touchdowns than he did interceptions.

19. 3:54 he dont know? The Raiders had an OC that wouldnt make any adjustments during halftime. Geno was sacked over 50+ times behind that pisspoor oline they had. He had no WRs and his best pass catcher (TE Bowers) was hurt more than half the season. What QB can have success with failing coaches and shitty players in the huddle with him?? But he showed up every week, never complained, competed and was a leader. This is the exact reason I dont watch TV sports shows cause the so-called experts just be wanting to make headlines to stay relevant
