His main point was getting lost in the ROY debates so I’m glad he’s bringing it back up.
All stats aren’t created equal if we’re trying to grade impact. A WR getting 1k yards for a QB throwing 4.5k is one thing, a WR getting 1k for a QB only throwing 3k is another. T-Mac had a lot less opportunity to pad stats and had to deal with an offense that became run heavy for chunks of the season.
I really wonder if Idzik and Bevell are going to open up the offense more. We don’t need to pass for 350 yards per game, but shooting for 300 would be nice.
He would have had 1.5k if Bryce wasn’t his QB
Bryce is not the best QB I get that, but T Mac still got over 1k yards and won ROTY. Many rookies would love to have that.
