  1. He also seemed to implicate Jason Kidd in the Luka trade during this interview (and absolve Finley). Shouldn’t be surprising to anyone knowing what a snake Kidd is.

  2. I just don’t understand what DD Mark supposedly did. It shouldn’t take much digging to find out the Adelsons are not good people to be involved with, especially if you “care” about the product you’re handing to them

  3. This is why my resolve to express my frustration is un relenting, they need to know how mad the community is. So the get over it crowd can eat my boots, the message of frustration is making its way to the top brass.

  4. ive always wondered how owners can part ways with such awesome franchises, maybe im just too sentimental but i’ll never understand em

  5. I call BS. “Emotional commitment”?? C’mon man.

He was either strapped for cash or he made a bad projection. Figured he was selling high when in reality that wasn’t the case.

It seems like the whole thing was kind of done expeditiously as evidenced by his failure to correctly vet out his buyer before selling.

Cuban is at fault for a lot of the downfall of the Mavericks. He hired Nico. He hired Kidd. He sold to the Adalsons. He made those decisions.

And now he’s trying to do a retroactive PR campaign to act like he is as much of a victim as the rest of us. He even tried to do the whole “knight in shining armor” act by attempting to buy the team back.

    I’m sick of this guy.

Mark just admit you made a huge mistake and cashed out at the wrong time and in the wrong way.

  6. I fucking hate this. For someone who built his reputation around going to games at reunion arena and sitting in the nosebleeds dreaming abt owning the team he completely sold out for… reasons? He didn’t need to sell, he sold at low valuation, and then evidently didn’t read the fine print when it came to how much say he had in basketball decisions. Now we are stuck with an ownership who doesn’t give two shits about Dallas or mffls or being decent human beings. Now he say he regrets it? Kick rocks

  7. He is so full of shit. He’s still active courtside and I just watched a video on twitter last night of him going to the locker room, so his first point is a total lie. And to his 2nd point, he was one of the most beloved owners in sports for a long time. And even when he got criticized for his decisions like with Nash, he still had plenty of defenders and didn’t face nearly the hate other owners get. Only now is he truly starting to feel the fan’s disdain and he deserves every bit of it.

  8. I wish people would stop interviewing him. Fuck Mark, he’s just as much to blame as everyone else involved

  9. i remember when he jumped in a former employees fb status who was critical of who he sold the team to and his only responses were about his bank account and how much money he has now

  10. I blame him as much as anyone.

He knew who these people were. He sold them the team at a discount. He hired Nico. He lied or was duped about controlling basketball decisions after he sold. He tried to push grifty crypto. He came up with mavrello. He blew up a championship team instead of letting them run it back. He fumbled dirk’s prime. He thought erick dampier was good.

    Go away forever mark

  11. Of all people, he should know what he was getting into after giving up his majority share.

Also, he wasn’t exactly great at running a team.
Letting Tyson Chandler go to end a potential repeat?
Being cheap with Nash and Brunson?

  12. Cuban, don’t think we haven’t forgotten when you told fans to STFU after the trade.

  13. If the fanbase was wise they would boycott until the Adelson’s are forced to sell.

Everytime I see fans at these home games I facepalm. You are literally giving your hard earned money to the people who traded Dirk 2.0.

  14. Mark sold to the Adelsons because he wanted to profit from the Casino in the new arena to be built, which is why he still owns 27%. But it doesn’t look like the casino is ever going to be approved; that is why he regrets who he sold it to.

  15. I’m not a business guy, but even I knew his deal was bad. A hand shake agreement? 🤣

  16. He campaigned for Kamala. I will never listen to another word coming out of his lying mouth.

  17. Cuban is SUCH a moron. He’s blown up two different title contenders

He looked like a fool recently defending Ballmer regarding the Kawhi salary cap scandal.

I used to think he was shrewd, now with each passing day he proves he’s actually not

  18. The get over it crowd never truly loved the team we had or our homegrown superstar they just want to get back to the dopamine.

  19. Flames fuming on the side of my face whenever I see a podcast clip of Cuban these days. I mean, what’s there even to talk about anymore? Just concentrate on your business ventures and Cost Plus.

  20. Oh look Mark has changed his tune about all of this now that the winds of PR have turned negative, what a shock. And somehow he is the victim, he got so much abuse 🥲 F that man, he put himself as the face of the franchise sitting courtside and cheerleading. You don’t have to be front and center, but when you do, you can’t be surprised people get mad when you and your team suck. That’s how sports work, heroes when you win, villains when you lose. You choose to sell to known scumbags, they played you, and you got less than market value and pushed out. Sorry I don’t feel bad for you at all, you are now just like Perot..

  21. He’s so full of shit, he knew EXACTLY who he was selling too, their past, and their current position in the world. Was probably strapped for cash and figured he could make some money if the casinos thing worked out. Instead he sold low, the casinos aren’t approved, and his old franchise is at its worst it’s been in years. If it wasn’t for Cooper Flagg being rigged this franchise would be in absolute ruin. Plus, he hired Nico and he hired Kidd and both colluded to trade Luka and get him out of Dallas.
