NO BULL: Javon Bullard sounds off on the Packers’ lack of a killer instinct (and he’s right)

Javon Bullard had a lot to say to Tyler Dunne from Long Long about the collapse against the Chicago Bears. He hates Chicago, the Bears wanted to quit, and the Packers let them off the hook. Dunne joins the show today to talk about Bullard’s pointed words, Matt LaFleur’s role in leadership, and the future of Sean Rhyan.

  1. Lol that is what I have been saying We play soft!! Our Defense plays soft! Our offense plays soft! Our coach is soft! That is why we will not go far into the playoffs! This is the main reason I wanted Matt to be fired his teams play soft and that is all coaching!! I have said this on here many times!!!

  2. Great show please do more of this. Agreed about the attitude of this team. The lack of response in denver and the helmet to helmet in Chicago is very concerning. I am not sure that MLF has it in him . Great show Peter

  3. Still believe this is why you need to NOT be the youngest team in the league issue, mostly. Vets can teach you how tough coaching is what you need, how aggression on the field is needed, when it's needed, and how it's needed. Not that I'm a big LaFleur cheerleader, but trying to teach young guys that smack talking, late hits, out of bounds hits are costing you games, but you need to stay aggressive is hard to understand from a guy on the sideline.

  4. Gary, Quay and Rasheed all played poorly last year. Film don’t lie. Teammates see it. Leaders need to ball, set the culture. Imagine Richard Sherman tolerating Gary’s loafing.

  5. Bull’s locker room interview after the playoff loss told me we gotta real one in him. No nonsense, no bullshit, he was pissed, swearing, didn’t care what he said. Spoke his mind and spoke from the heart. That’s exactly the kind of player you want. Same with Micah’s season ender. You need players that don’t care about getting fined. They’re going to play and speak how they feel!

  6. MLF is so soft, it’s so obvious to anyone who doesn’t lie to themselves, some of the players are even saying it now, here’s Peter saying he’s an old school coach, that’s such BS, this team is super soft because the HC is, really glad we gave this chump an extension šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø

  7. Thats why they appear soft because they're practices are soft. There always in shorts hardly ever hitting each other. Its pathetic. Thats why most fans wanted him gone. MLF will never get to a super bowl.

  8. Do you think Lombardi would have put up with that crap from the Bears? No way! Maybe the milk toast LF needs to take a history lesson from Lombardi and stand up to that crap.

  9. Interesting that Javon Bullard used the same words. We’ll see indeed. His attitude is what it takes to play football. It is not a game for wimps. I love Javon Bullard’s attitude but I fear it is not something that Matt Lafleur is capable of. But as they say, we shall see. The gauntlet has certainly been laid down. Go Pack Go šŸ’ššŸ’ššŸ’›šŸ’›šŸ§€šŸ§€ And Flush ā¬‡ļøšŸš½ Indiana Bears FDB

  10. Javon is my favorite slot safety, his highlights from Georgia pop off the screen! Go check them out if you haven’t! God bless and go pack go! 🟨🟩

  11. I suspect it was merely an oversight but fierceness of the Packer/Bear rivalry started with Lambeau and Halas. They disliked each other and the stories of the games in the 20’s,30’s and 40’s were just epic battles of generations of men that were much tougher than men today.

  12. Amazing show fellas…!! Love y’all points..! I do have a question,, are we playing a physical, violent sport or has it turned into flag football wit pads on..!! I’m not condoning dirty play AT ALL… In da heat of da game sometimes emotions ride high..! I would hope MLF not getting wit his players for doin what they get paid to do..!! Some of the BEST defenses are villains..! Who CARES..!! Legion of Boom,, Bears in da 80’s, Steel Curtain, even da Purple people eater… It’s da Defense job to instill dat fear in other teams & make them respect da Pack… Parsons brought that over with him but he can’t be da only Savage other teams respect..!! We could use some hard hitters, that will clean a receiver clock for coming over that middle…!! Old school football..!!

  13. It doesn’t seem to be a problem when other teams get physical wit us..! Da Bears helmet to helmet which sidelined Love for a couple weeks,, when da Eagles rolled up on Love ankle at da end of a game when all he was going to do was throw a hail Mary,,, when Micah getting held every game,, when da Eagles injured 4 starters in da playoffs to go on & win a Superbowl after Oren Burks set da tone on da opening kickoff wit dat helmet to helmet on Nixon that wasn’t called..!! It’s cool when other teams do it to us but we’re bad guys if we get our lick back…! Poor mentality which is effecting our culture..!! We truly have a contending roster,, when are we going to show it..!!

  14. Remember that saying that "the team takes on the characteristics of their Coach?'. Overly emotional, indecisiveness, always second guessing themselves. Can't adjust/adapt when the opponent defensive schemes changes. Rattle in every pressure situation. For 8 years now, So what's supposed to change with the same GM, and Coach?

  15. Bullard hit the nail on the head. This team gives up. It doesn't have the killer instinct. Players are paid a lot of money to win football games. Same as coaches, stop being scared. One goal every football game day, F*cking win!

  16. You can’t go back from being a soft coach. The young guys are used to MLF being a weenie and pushover. You can’t now be a hard coach. No wonder the players wanted him back and spoke so highly.

  17. Yes, having the best players on the field gives your team the best chance of winning. But, there is no excuse for other players and coaches not playing with a not give up attitude. Tyler Dunne has it right.

  18. The Packers organization and their fans relentlessly keep trying to center themselves and assert new dominance over the Bears. The problem is that Caleb Williams has kept the Bears within 7 points in EVERY game against the Packers, so now the notion of being owned has come & gone now. And that was just year two…. Ben Johnson and his staff is going to get way more out of Caleb going forward. Plus… Colston Loveland(137 yds), Luther Burden, and Kyle Monangai in no way looked or played scared in those games.

  19. So if you don’t win it all you’re soft?? How do you quantify being ā€œsoftā€? Just a dumb talking heads discussion not in reality. Are players not giving it their all? Doubtful.
