  2. Must build around him properly. Build the system, the personnel. Cam Ward scares me, potentially. Going to scare a lot of people if they can build it right over there around him. Got the right coach. The South AFC is looking like one of the more exciting divisions in the NFL.

  3. I think the Titans cant fill all the needs of the team this draft, so I would lean towards a more offensive side of the ball approach in the draft.

    Trade down in first rd if there are good offers, otherwise take Jeremiah Love at 4.

    Go best available guard or WR at 35 and depending on who you got at 35 then look to Oline, WR, Edge, CB at 66.

    Will also need a center but can be found later on in the draft 4th rd +.

    This way you set Cam Ward up for success this year, and look to build out the rest of the roster next year.

    I think the floor for wins will be 6 with the ceilling being a 8 or 9 win season which would be a huge turnaround from back to back 3 wins years.

  5. Loving these videos man. I believe the growth is obvious, and I think he will benefit from superiorly called offensive scheme once he gets comfortable with it.

  9. I knew he turned it on after the bye week…

    He was averaging like 25 points per game, scoring more, and little interceptions, making plays, taking less sacks etc.. he really played better and better every game after the bye week ..

    But I didn't realize this stat…best TD / INT. Ratio last 10 weeks… that's amazing.

  12. Those last 10 games also happened while playing 8 games against teams with a top 11 defense. The only defenses mid pack during that stretch were the 49ers and Colts. Not bad for a rookie throwing to MOSTLY 4th round rookies.
