What do you expect from a lineup filled with .240 hitters and one of the worst pitching staffs in baseball (ranked 21st in the league). Thanks AA for addressing the needs of the team in the offseason…lol
Suarez was bad but we have to hit with guys on base. On to the next one. I always like our chances with sale on the bump, even in a day game. Feels like first to 3 wins tomorrow unless the wind is crazy.
Let’s be honest we’ve been saying this for three years now ever since the 2023 year our core players don’t hit when it matters. Acuna Riley Olsen were pressing in 2024, learning a new approach in 2025 and there will be some excuse this year too.
IMO Suarez gets another start piggybacked by Perez. Possibly flipped with Perez getting the start and Suarez out of the pen but those two are going to get the bulk of the innings Thursday.
