I love AD, but it’s so nice not having to deal with the play-in for the second straight year. This really is the Luka effect. An unbelievable floor raiser.
Wait we can regularly clinch playoffs with weeks left in the season?
This helps out with resting certain guys to make sure they’re 100% for the playoffs just like the Smart situation rn. It would be ideal if he plays a few games to get into rhythm
But at least with playoffs locked in they have the option to prioritize health over seeding if need be
Strategically speaking, who you guys think will be a better opponent in the first rd? Rockets or Wolves?

Not having to play in the play-in is huge. I still have nightmares from 2021-2024 when we had to play in it 3 times in a span of 4 seasons. The players have to play a stressful one-and-done game, and there’s no rest before the first round starts.
This has been the best month of basketball ever fellas.
