  1. Not yet, if we win out and Chicago loses all there games, we hold the tiebreaker

  2. I never thought I’d see the day when the team truly goes full tank mode and locks in 32nd. I’m used to the late season win streaks that wreck our lottery chances

We’re so bad that even if we improve by a good margin next year, this team will still likely lock up a top pick. At least we’ll have a bunch of prospects to give us hope for the future through all the losses

  3. on a different note, Mikheyev having another pretty good season, -5 only on a heavily minus team with with guys in the deep minuses, kinda like ours. Last season he was the only + on the team pretty much at +4, when the rest of the team was in the -30’s (Bedard included). By no means is he having sheltered deployment either, he’s playing primarily in the defensive zone, with only 30% ozone starts and basically never plays with Bedard while being 3rd on the team in 5on5 points (he’d be tied 1st on our team).

  4. Not official yet, Canucks are 6 regulation wins behind Chicago. If Canucks win out with at least 7 in regulation they can pass Chicago if Chicago loses every game in regulation

  5. Wow, I didn’t think we’d win… I’m getting a little emotional…

*”I’d like to thank the Sportsnet 650 team, whoever makes the Aburi at Rogers Place, and of course my wonderful mother…”*

    Finally we win something practical!

  6. I still remember that epic CLICHED playoffs infographic from 2 seasons ago… now we’ve CLINCHED a top 3 pick

  7. Kudos to management to committing to the tank. Now Mckenna or Stenberg please!

  8. all aboard everyone for the 9-game win streak to end the season with your Vancouuuuverrrrr CANUCKS
