Would like to swap Concepion for Proctor or Lotu, then add WR where you got tiernan
Getting Concepcion and Pregnon would be great
Love the first three picks, KC is my WR draft crush. Indifferent to 85 and 99 but LOVE the Delp pick. He’s by far my favorite TE in this draft aside from Sadiq
Too many draft picks. I just don’t see that many roster spots opening up
No this is terrible. Unless the prospects pan out then it will be great!
No because they would have wasted quite a few of those picks. 11 guys aren’t making the roster.
No. KC is a fun highlight guy but he drops way too many passes to be considered a round 1 guy imo. Zakee is too redundant to what we already have in the S room, though I do like him. Green isnt a QB, he is just an athlete.
Love Pregnon
I’m not a big Concepcion guy (he’s the “worst” WR I’d be okay using a 1st round pick on) but trading down getting him and then moving up for Pregnon would be phenomenal. I want WR and G with our first 2 picks, preferably in that order. I have a big draft crush on Malik Muhammad and I like (and expect them to really make) the Wheatley pick too. I’m not a big Tayler Green guy either but at least like the upside swing anyway. That’s the range I want them to take a QB in too though I’m expecting they really will a little bit higher. Love the Wetjen pick too.
Basically from a what position you took and when perspective I think you absolutely nailed it, I’d just prefer a different player at a couple of the spots. I think this is very realistic and in line with what they’re planning to do. I bet after R2 we have both a WR and a Guard and have traded up then take QB in the 76-135 range.
I’m a simple Aggie. I see KC in a mock draft. I upvote.
I like the green pick. On paper a year of sitting under Rodgers and with the alleged qb developer McCarthy as a coach could move green closer to a big LJ than another Anthony Richardson.
That being said I honestly don’t think the organization has the actual balls to select a qb that athletic
No
I’d be ok with it
I really think Murdoch will go right around 100.
24/25 year old rookies with Pregnon and Wheatley, not sure about that. Would rather take a shot on Bisontis and Genesis Smith if that’s the direction you’d want to go.
Tiernan is weird, at best debatable whether he’ll even be able to hang at Tackle.
No complaints about the rest, but I’m not sure why a team is trading up 3 spots, let alone a rival.
And Payton > Green.
Naw… this is trash respectfully
Not especially.
In my ideal world, we get that guard from Penn State at No. 21 in the first round and we STEAL that Bell kid out of Louisville early in Round 2 (after a trade).
That would be the ideal scenario for me.
Before his injury, Bell was probably the top receiver in the draft. Now, I keep reading that he’s the second round at best. Big dudes who can run like that and have those kind of ball skills are not easy to find and I would be more than happy to wait on his ACL to heal to get a player like that.
I think he can be a really good NFL X receiver and it’s hard to get those guys at all, much less in the second round.
We just have to hope his ACL heals properly. I think it’s well worth the gamble.
Concepcion is an electric athlete with the ball in his hands. I can understand why people are excited by those qualities.
However, I think it IS risky to spend a first rounder on a slot receiver, especially one who struggles with the dropsies. I don’t like that risk profile at all.
Honestly, I think Concepcion is one of the most overrated players in the draft and I’m less interested in him than others seem to be.
If you can get a quality OL then that s/b the pick. Can’t run or pass if the blocking is sub par. This year’s SB again showed what dominating interior lines can do.
Not particularly. I think if that’s how it turned out then I would be disappointed they didn’t flip some of those picks for draft capital next year.
I’ve reconciled with the fact that Iaone will be gone before 21 but the second round guards leave me optimistic. Would be happy with Pregnon. Bisontis. Rutledge or Dunker. But think one is a must
How many times do people have to say you aren’t supposed to post mock drafts in here before we go 2 days without seeing another one?
I think anyone mocking a 1st round WR to a team that just traded for $55,000,000 in WRs the last 2 seasons is out of their minds. And if they actually draft one then Kahn is no better than Matt Millen when he ran the Lions.
I cannot stress how much I would be satisfied with this draft. Good work.
Yes I also like the shot on Taylen in the late round.

I don’t know anything about him other than the name but yes I want a linebacker named Red Murdock.

Why waste a pick on green? We have other needs.
I wouldn’t want KC, but I’d take Red Murdock all day.
