  1. So happy for Andrew…
    Nice to get that 1st win out of the way quickly…build off of it.
    He was the Stopper…needed that desperately.
    Garcia hitting ball well (I was very skeptical of him going in).
    Kyle doing what he does…I expect at least 40 of those in '26.
    Imo, just a matter of time before ALL of this good lineup (resumes) starts clicking together.
    Not worried about Luzardo.
    AM concerned (was going in) about Nola and again, just don't like Walker in rotation…better fit at this stage in pen (short stints).
    lets get series win tomorrow (Like our chances with CSan out there).
    Put up some runs, guys

  2. That one run should have been unearned as the throw to third base hit the runner. Awesome start by Painter and he was able to get out of trouble with no damage.

  4. I’m so happy for Andrew Painter. He worked very hard to get here. I think he will really sure up the rotation, especially when Wheeler gets back. Now all the bats need to start hitting and the Phillies will be in very good shape.

  8. Painter was great, nothing more to say. Duran is a concern tho, he gives up a lot of hard hit balls. Good thing Marsh made that catch or we may be talking about something else as well.
