It’s going to take a long time for this team to get it together. They could easily be 0-5 the way they’ve played. If you can’t hit for power you better pitch and catch.
Get rid of the stupid inning number titles. 10 seconds of staring at a number is a questionable choice.

Nice. Get ride of Devers, let Bregman go. Don't replace either. Don't get a legit top tier starter. And right back in the cellar. Outside of Crochet and Early, they’ve really done nothing well. Hitting stinks, defense stinks, and middle relief stinks. Don’t understand how an organization that had the most profit of any team last year, and 3rd highest revenue, is only 7th in spending. Instead they squabble with Bregman and Alonso on years and/or a few extra bucks. You have to overpay to get top tier FAs. They have no real number 2 or number 3 hitter. Anthony is lost. 4 for 20, no extra base hits and 10Ks. Bello is a head case. When he’s on, he’s fine, but any adversity he implodes.
Bregman and Alonso should be on this team. Simply outbid by Baltimore and Chicago. Embarrassing.
Ownership doesn’t care about winning, unless it miraculously occurs within their limited parameters. They use and take advantage of a dedicated fan base.
OK, Send all the new players back to where they came from and book some seriously blockbuster music concerts…
